Suspension JCW Suspension = H&R Suspension
JCW Suspension = H&R Suspension
Hi,
I do not know if this question has been posted earlier, so sorry for repeated myself if I did so.
I keep on hearing that JCW suspension for the R53 is an H&R. If so, can anyone tell what is H&R's part numbers?
I'm in a need to replace my springs and dampers and want to go for JCW. I'm thinking of saving the JCW brand name and getting the H&R for same performance/lower price.

They are different. I had H&R on my 2003 MCS and now have JCW on my 2006 MCS. The H&R springs are shorter than the JCW springs. My JCW (yellow stripe) springs are a little stiffer than the H&R springs. As stated the JCW comes with Delphi shocks. If you go with H&R springs, you will need to select shocks such as Koni Yellows.
The springs on the JCW suspension are progressive.
