Question for M7 Coilover owners

I want a quick guide on how to stiffen/soften my M7 coilovers. Can someone help me by drawing the directions on the drawing below? (up being front of the car)? I'm really bad with directions and have a feeling I screwed up the settings with my messing around

Not sure the drawing above is necessary. I assume you have the installation guide downloaded? If so, coilover setttings are adjusted using the knurled ring on the base of the coilovers. If you look at the final image in the guide, you can see the ring under the line leading from the shock callout.

Yeah, I know where the adjustment ***** are, but now that I've installed the coils I'm not sure which way to turn the ***** in order to stiffen/soften the suspension. Sorry if I wasn't clear in my first post. A drawing isn't necessary, I just need to know (for example) to stiffen the left side of the car turn the **** clockwise and vise vera on the right.

No vice-versa, both ***** turn clockwise to stiffen the suspension. Recommend turning them both CCW until bottomed out fully to get to starting point & turn CW equal number of clicks.

There have been a couple of posts (which I know you posted in as well) about settings, but little consensus. Mine are currently set at 5clicks front / 9clicks rear for street driving and occasional twisties. I've been pretty happy with that setting, but I haven't experimented too much. The track guys go upwards of 12clicks front / 14clicks rear, or something like that. Your preferred settings will depend on your type of driving, of course, so plan on a little experimentation. Really have to twist your arm, right?

Tell me about it!

I'll experiment with different settings, however I wish we had a benchmark so I can post the differences.
