Piece of cake. I had never done suspension work in my life and recently have installed a full set of H&R Coilovers on my car as well as a set of HR springs on another. No special tools needed other than standard tools and a torque wrench. A air wrench is handy but not required. No need for a spring compressor with the H&R springs if you have a second pair of hands to push down on them while you install the top nut. Go to Alta Performance and look up their H&R springs install instructions..pretty straight forward. No lift required. Just jack up one side of the car..install..drop and do the same for the other side.

This is comforting to hear...as I will be installing my H&R springs this Friday nite...first time ever when it comes to suspension installation...wish me luck, a lot of that.
