Also Momentum MINI and MINI of the Woodlands should be able to do suspension, they may not do performance parts like pulleys but most MINI dealerships should do suspension upgrades...
Ask around the forums and i bet some one has a set of instructions for your model. I just did mine on my 06 MC. It took 2 hours to figure out how to get the front strut off. But after that it was easy It will take about half a day to do depending how fast you work and if you have friends working with you. Just have to be careful when doing it.
