Need some advice about rims tires and specers

I am getting ready to but a set of Stern 17 ST-8 (http://www.maxspeedperformance.com/x...ome.php?cat=54) and the center hub bore is 73mm I was trying to see if I will need a hub adaperter to center th wheel up. I can not seem to find the hub bore size, I want to go with the black Palo Uber lugs and Black Valve stems but I did not know if I should order the ring or not? Also what size tire should I run on them they are 17" x 7.5 215/40/1 with a H-sport spring set on the car already. Last question sorry to who ever started this post I just thought it would be a good place to ask should I run a spacer the wheel offset is 45mm? Thanks to everyone in advance
Got to love my G.W. Bush Stimulus package it has already been spent . and some!!!

PS. please PM with your reply they come to my phone Thanks

MINI hub bore is 56.1mm. best to get a hubcentric ring
just a heads up, the palo uber lugs have a bad rap.
215/40/17 is a good size, some have also run 215/45/17 but you *might have some rubbing. lastly, should you run a spacer? well, that's up to you.

When you say the MINI hub bore is 56.1mm... do you mean R53 or R56?

Looks like I'll need a hub ring then.
Thanks for the quick reply.
