MachV Spring install question

Did a little search and didn't find a distinct answer, but:

If I install the Mach V springs on the stock Mini sport suspension, will I need to align the car? Does the drop change the toe readings on the front/rear?

Thanks!

Nevermind. I just found Dan's recommendation to "always check alignment." But it that a CYA statement, or have people found an actual change to the toe readings?

toe was off a little on the back wheels and a lot on the front, enough that I would have definitely had uneven tire wear. I'm glad I took it for an alignment!

Thanks. Toe is pretty easy to set on your own if you are handy with a string and micrometer. Having a friend with a level lift doesn't hurt, either.
