Best 18" wheels to clear coilovers?

I just replaced my tires with new Yoko 215-40-18's but man these tires are wider than my old 225-35's. I'm now having rubbing issues so I'm getting some 5mm H&R spacers, but I think I'm going to have major rubbing issues on the outer front fenders. I don't even think 5mm is going to be enough. My wheels are 5 zigen 6 spoke 18x7.5 42offset. What would be the best tire size, wheel offset and wheel height?

That is one thing that sucks on the Mini is once you add coilovers everything gets real tight and the tires size and manufacturer become real important since every inch counts.

Mario hopefully the spacers will give you enough clearance on each side.
