Does H&R coilover have compression adjustment?

I was wondering does the coilover have compression adjustment along with the hight adjustment like the M7???

i believe not, the H&R coilovers are only hieght adjustable....thats why i just got M7 coilovers!! should be in next week!! Woohoo!

I'd love to hear your feedback on the M7 coilovers when you get them on the car
