koni coilover setup questions?

i install a set of koni coilover, and lower it quite abit.

after driving for a week of without alignment, dampening adjustment (full soft). i think i need some expert advice on alittle setup specs.

1.) rear is causing quite abit of rubbing, will hardening the rear dampening help? but i'm ready to do some trimming if neccessary.

2.) how many turn should i turn to get a more aggressive (throwing my cars in corners, spirit driving, fast road driving..etc) for the rear and front dampening?

3.) if i get alot of vibration under heavy acceleration, it's caused by the CV joints right? anything will help without raising the car ?

thanks for any advice and help!

I've been running these for a while now... my 2 cents:

1) not much - there is just less clearance in the back, I ended up dremeling the plastic away but how much depends on your tire/wheel combo and how low you ride. Just look for the rub marks...
2) I suggest 1/3 to 1/2 firm front & rear and see how that works.
3) yes that's my experience as well, increase the ride height just a bit and see if that helps...

this is just approximate but it looks like mine start with almost 1" (2cm) of lowering and will lower beyond 2" (over 5cm) over stock. It will differ from car too car depending on the options (weight)...

yes you can get that low but keep in mind that the Koni's don't have independent height adjustment; meaning, when you go as low as in the pictures you will have seriously reduced your suspension travel... might not be an issue on very smooth roads but you will bottom out on bad ones...

THanks
