Not enough driver side -camber ??

Hello everybody ! So , after getting my car an alignment to fix the toe back to 0 in the front I noticed how I have diff cambers up in front. I am runing IE fixed camber plates and H&R and Bilstein combo. The passanger side is perfect which is at -2.1 where it should be at. The driver side does not want to go lower then -1.0 which is kinda odd so any thoughts on why this is happening ? If this isn't fixable I might just take the plates out and run the same -camber on each side and have it a little less then diff numbers on each side.

Thanks in advance .
