When I adjust my drivers side mirror, all controls work, up, down, left, and right. But when I go to use my passenger side mirror it only goes up and down. I took the cover off and all of the wires seem to be connected properly. So I'm not sure if I need a new actuator or if there might be a common issue or a fuse maybe? Thanks

 

Sounds like all directions would stop working if it was a fuse, maybe whatever works the y axis inside the mirror drive is broken?
