Suspension a very low R56
a very low R56
Look at this: PSS9 -60mm, oz ultraleggera, brembo brakes (the car is of a friend of mine)
Compared with the stock one is amazingly low (2 over 100kg people on board count...). It's fast too, and very stiff...any photo of other mini with coilovers?

Based on the corner markings, looks like the front is just diving under hard braking.
Rear doesn't look too much different than mine... just smaller wheels all around. So did your friend remove the air deflector under the front bumper (or does the aero kit even have one)? 'Cause mine would be dragging at that point, for sure!
BEAUTIFUL brakes, though!!!

Looks gorgeous, but it'd be better if that raked I'm gonna pounce on you stance was not just because the car was braking. A slammed R56 with well offset negatively cambered wheels is a site I would be happy to see everyday.

Aero kit has split deflectors set farther back. I'm inclined to think they're there to help you know that you're about to stub your chin, as they scrape before you knock the real chin. Our 2000 BMW Z3 has the same thing. They're not very substantial and they have the air of being sacraficial.
Any thoughts?
No part removed so i guess the aero kit is deflector-less.
Yes the car is under braking, the photo is from a track day in Adria (italy), they did a 1'40" something and the tarmac wasn't perfect.
The engine has stock power even with the complete Supersprint exhaust
and is empty inside, only two Sparco pro-2000 seats, 4 point harness, no rear seats (we think around 60 kg less, considering the lighter exhaust and rims, but heavier brakes).
The front tyres have increased camber, using the stock mounting but with the known mod. -1°10 each wheel.
Brembo GT calipers with pagid blu pads front and rear.
re040 tyres, not bad at all!
The car is a lot lower than stock msh441 both front and rear side, what do you have on yours?
More photos soon...

Ahhhh... full coilovers, then.
My bad. I was guessing just a great shot showing the front bottomed under braking and the passenger side under load during the left turning corner.
Very exciting to see the full-on performance R56 mods trickling out.
