"Factory" ducting for PS fan?
Anyone have any information on this part?

It looks to me like it may be designed to keep water out of the fan, as opposed to increasing the cooling capacity. In fact, it would seem to restrict airflow. My understanding was that the PS fan was vunerable to a major dousing, as it was not fully sealed and could short out.
Thoughts?
