Steering Wheel Vibration

When i am at a Stop Sign, or a Red Light the Steering Wheel Vibrates. It is very noticable. This does not occur when the Car is in Neutral. Any ideas on what causes this??.

there's always torque applied through the torque converter on AT
cars while it is in "D." the motor is working against the brakes and
sometimes the frequency is where it vibrates the car.

you didn't install a motor damper recently?
