Coolant leak, MINI drools

I have developed a coolant leak. In the morning, in the carport, there's a little puddle of coolant under the engine, looks like it's coming out at the back of the engine where it meets the transmission. It's not a lot, I had it at the maximum line last weekend, and it's 3/4 of the way down to the minimum line today. You can see bluish streaks on the bottom of the engine from the evaporated coolant. I'm taking it in tomorrow, does anyone have any idea what this might be? Anyone had a similar problem?

Could be the expansion tank is leaking. Does it have any white coolant crust on it? One other possibility is a leaky o-ring on the water pump. I had this problem last year where I'd find a little puddle under the car in the morning. It'd get a bit bigger every week. If this is the case, there is a TSB out about the problem. Either way, have your dealer check it out.

Everything is clean around the expansion tank. I think your O-ring suggestion is dead on. We'll see what it is tomorrow, I guess. I'll go hunt for that TSB. Many thanks!

I had a couple of my hoses develop holes the size of pinholes in them, right above the right lower control arm area

The Verdict---

My coolant leak turned out to be a simple hose clamp issue. I had also pointed out a rattle that had developed, and they replaced the belt tensioner and the belt. She purrs like a sewing machine now. All fixed under warranty. Kudos to Flow MINI, and thanks to all.
