I just got back from being out and after I had been in for a few minutes, I went out in the garage to get something and noticed that there was a leak coming from my car. I am not sure what it is coming from. I was hoping someone on here could help me out. I don't think that it is engine oil seeing where it is coming from, but it is some sort of an oil. Here are the pics. Please help...

Yup, looks like a motor mount issue, take it to the dealer ASAP!

looks like tears from wanting to be clean

 

took it to the dealer today and got it replaced. All good now.
