Just a little note.

I just replaced fluid in my tranny with MTL 70W80 Tranny Lube and replaced my frout brake pads with Hawk HPS pads. What I am amazed about is what a difference these pads make. You hear that they do a fantastic job but you really aren't convinced until you try them for yourself.

You'll also love the lack of dust now.

I bought my 06 at the end of May and in 3 weeks had already changed to Hawk HPS brake pads....the dust from the oem pads was objectionable....

Can either of you comment on the brake force after your change of pads?

How much less dust are you getting?

Is the Hawk dust easier to remove or about the same?

Can anyone comment on the green pads regarding force and dust?

I'm ready to change, just debating on the Hawk vs Green.

I'm using the Hawk HP+ and after 30k+ (4 track days & 5 Dragon runs in there too ) will be changing the fronts this weekend. Rotor wear has not been as much as I suspected so I am just going to have them turned and run them some more before going to the powerslots. Using higher temp fluid (Motul) with these pads has been a great improvement. Dust was much better as well.
I have Greens to put on my wife's Mini, so I will have an update on those by late spring as well. (I drive 20mi to her 1) I do not know that she will know the difference in braking but I will know the difference in cleaning!!!
