stock tires lose pressure

Hello:

I noticed my MCs S-lite seems to lose tire pressure much quicker than my other cars. In average, I have to bring it back to 35psi almost every other week. It happens to all 4 tires. Anyone else notices this? Could it be due to the stiffness of suspension and tire? Thanks.

Never have had an issue with my S-lites. Kept the RFs at 33psi. My non-RFs have had no issues as well.

Have you checked to make sure the internals of the valve stem are snugged tight?

me too

My 17" superlights (w/ goodyear runflats)also lose about 1-1.5 lbs ever 2 wks or so...that is when I check. I also have a BRAND NEW set of R-84's w. Dunlop 5000's...unmounted and they do it too! Will be dumping the 17's for the 16" r-84's after winter.

Try taking it into a tire shop that has nitrogen. They will purge the regular air and replace with nitogen....worked for me!

Depending on ambient temps....tire pressures will increase or decrease.

I see what you are saying, but it does not matter what the outside temp is, plus mine is always parked in the garage. It's always losing about 1-2psi every 2 weeks or so. This is actually not a concern now, since I just joined the crack strut mount club
