My 2006 MCSC appears to be missing two plastic parts on the underside of the bonnet that I've seen on an '05 MCS. They're oblong plastic covers for the holes (where the arrows are). Is this an '05 vs '06 thing, or am I missing something I should have?

I believe they are removed for the driving light to be installed.

I have a 2005 MCSa and I had to remove them when I installed mine.

There was a thread on here somewhere about those holes being open on older MINIs, and creating a vacum or something. I just put some black ducktape over it.
