Did you buy gas recently, could have been bad?

Yeah it could have been bad gas, or maybe there is water in a bad place. I am assuming, since it turns over, the battery is fine?

Yes, we did buy gas recently (was 3/4 full when it happened). We were driving it when we stopped for lunch, came out and it would not start.

Not sure how you can tell if the gas was bad?, is the MC really that sensitive? I told my wife to not go to that station again just in case.

The cranking sounded normal, all electronics worked (windows, gps, etc).

Of course it started up at the dealer, they cannot find anything wrong with it. Since I can't travel down to get it for two weeks, they will see if it happens during that time.

Well drove over 100 miles to pick it up after they could not reproduce it, after 20 miles and stopping for lunch it would not start again. Mini roadside took it back, it started at the dealer again the next morning! After I SLOWLY explained what happened, they finally reproduced it. The engine had to be at operating temp (Drove for 20 min), then stop and wait about 15 min. It would not start for the dealer (no code was produced). They are replacing the fuel pump. Hopefully this will be it!
