^^ yep, me too. Plus, you can get the gold cap ones good for 15k miles
(they claim) if you really want to spend the extra dough. I just use the
regular silver cap.

Mobil 1 in the 5 quart jug at Wal-Mart. Change it every 5-6 thousand miles.
