Has anyone done the HAI on an 05 or 06 MCS automatic? I'd be interested on how you handled the vacuum lines.

I have an 06 auto MCS. Look at my pics of an HAI before I added the heatshield and made a CAI.
If you plug the grill intake or divert the hose at the lower box you would have an HAI and keep your vacum tubes also.

Thanks for the reply. I see what you mean about keeping the vacuum lines, but part of the main advantage of the HAI is less air restriction by mounting the filter directly on the intake manifold.
I wonder if a simple "T" with a small filter might be the solution to those two lines. Hoping to find someone who did the original HAI project on a auto MCS.
