I'm going to put in my M7 TB in a day or so. It didn't come with instructions so.... Is there anything I should know before I just grab tools and dig in? Anything especially tricky or difficult? Special tools or widgets required?

Thanks Peter. I actually expect it to be incredibly simple, but I figure it can't hurt to check to see if there are MINI-specific wrinkles.

I believe you answer the phones too, but "always" answer the phones? I tend to only find free time for stuff like this between the hours of 3 and 6 am...... That's why I like to ask ahead of time, so I don't end up having to turn simple tasks into multi-day jobs just because of my odd schedule.
