I just got mine back from the dealer for the driver's side being out. They replaced the bulb and both control modules, works so far but it's only been one day (knock on wood).

Okie... got my car back again... this time they said they found a loose connection in the headlight assembly... so they changed out the whole thing. Hope that'll fix it once and for all. BUT I had clear bra on it and when they changed out the old one the clear bra went with it and the new one doenst have it. :(

I let them know... they talked to the manager and so they're taking care of it. Have to give props to them. Thumbs up!

I'm getting this now on passenger side. Sadly, I can't get warranty work done... the EU warranty is only 2 years. blast!

Well, my tour here in Italy is up summer 2006. This is a US spec MCS. I've already gotten a commitment from MINIUSA to pick up the remaining months on a US warranty upon our return to US.... Nice of 'em.

I have a growing list of small but annoying fixes to get done. I also have a very nasty, loud buzzy dash rattle right at the base of the passenger A pillar.... I've dug in there 3 times and have yet to fix it. Its really buried.

Has there been a Fix to this problem? This just started happening to me just a few days ago. I also have an '03 MCS. I haven't gone into great lengths to fix the problem yet, but I would like to know just in case.

The passenger side Xenon doesn't turn on all the time. I have to turn the lights on and off a few times to get it lit.

I am out of warranty. Does anyone know how much this may cost if it needs to be replaced.

You seem to be fairly knowlegable on this. Maybe you could see my thread "Xenon healight problems - help!" The problem continues. I've replaced everyhting except the ballast inside the headlight. Control modules are good. Bulbs and fuses good. I will replace the ballast when I have time since taking the whole headlightr out requires more time.
