Whinning Sound
Hey,
I have an 03' MCS and I was wondering if it was normal to hear a whinning sound when I slighty turn or move the steering wheel, the best way i can explain the sound is a constant "eeeeeeeee" sound..

Ahh, k thank you.. Thought I might aswell check because the closest Mini dealership to me is 1200 miles away one way so thought I mightaswell ask 
I end up going there twice a year just for a visit but that's about it.
