I have an 03 MCS with quite a few performance mods. I have a miss all over the RPM range and it is never consistant on any given day. Some days it is gone and then others it won't rev past 5,000 rpm. I'm lost in this matter does any body know what i can do to solve this?????

 

First and easiest, would be to check the plug wires, you may have a short.

I was going to say most likely either plugs or leads.

 

Also, check your coilpack for a hairline crack. Happen to me. Dan@PiloRacing was great to replace free(still in waranty period).

 

Were on the coil pack should I look for the crack? Now planning on replacing the plugs and wires any suggestions.

 

If you still have the OEM coil pak and plug wires, try putting them back on. Just a thought.

 

OEM stuff is long gone now. Thanks for the suggestion though. What are the best plugs and wires? I have an Alta CAI, 19% pulley, Header and single muffler cat back. Any suggestions..
