That may take some time for the dimensions on a factory system. Why would you want to replicate the factory exhaust?
Your friend is going to "build" you a system or bend you a system? He should be able to bend the pipe to fit the car.You can use any muffler(s) that will fit in the stock location. It just seems like a lot of work.

yeah I know, the problem I have is that a friend owes me a favour he is a fabricator, I asked him to make me an exhaust out of 2.5" stainless he is supplying all the steel and buying the bends for the project all I have to do is supply the mufflers and the dimensions of the exhaust, he will fabricate it and I will bring it to the local tyre and exhaust shop for them to fit it,

if it works out that way, I guess I can save a few quid by doing this,
as shipping to Ireland for a Borla or such is pretty expensive and there are no suppliers here for that sort of gear,
so I hope someone can supply me with the dimensions of their aftermarket system or stock so I can proceed preferably aftermarket, I have no ramp or lift to measure my stock exhaust I thought it might be easier to ask if someone has the dimensions if not ill have to pay a shop to put it up on the ramp and measure the exhaust myself,
