Goo drops on passenger side fame

Hoping someone can ID this buildup of thick gooey drops on right side frame below and in front of the axle. CV boot not ripped and drops not a circular spray. Hydraulic engine mount is shot (compressed with black stains) and I'm curious if this could be fluid from the mount. It's an '05 R52 with 90K miles and on its 2nd upper engine mount.

I bet its from the mount. Mine stained everything but its did not goop out, just the thinner oil. But i changed it when it just went bad so it might not have gotten to the goop stage.

It certainly looks "goopy".
You might want to also check your inner CV boot to see if it's torn. Maybe CV axle grease (?).

Yep. Inner CV boot ripped at the first fold next to the small clamp.
