Persistent TPMS light

So I can't get my tpms light to turn off.. before I had my new rims , tires and tpms installed it would occasionally bunk out and have to reset but since the new 3x were done , it will not complete the learning process and says FAILED after 10min of driving.
1st after I installed the 3x I couldn't reset and go onto relearn mode so I did some research and though the fuse didn't look bad , it was so I replaced that and now it atleast tries to relearn. I ALSO tried a junkyard tpms module ( sits in rear bumper ) amd it was the exact part numbers and everything but that had no change..
I inflated the tires to 42psi for the relearn and i did like 5min city driving and then 5min freeway driving but it continues to say FAILED.
any tips ? I do have all new suspension, bushings and wheel sensors /hubs too...
i used 433mhz tpms which were the SAME exact brand I used on my other e58 without any issues..
dont mind the cel , p0141 😉

Did you code the replacement TPMS module?

Have you used your scan tool to run the Tire Pressure Encoding Service Function and to check whether all four wheel sensors are communicating with the TPMS module?

Tpms module doesnt need to be coded to the car and my original one is on the car anyway .. unfortunately I don't have a scanner that reads tpms and all the aps for my Bluetooth dongle are all same and need to scan the sensors 1st for it to detect then, so that does me no good..
I've never had to program tpms in an r56/r58 befor...
why would the process be different on this r58 than my other r58 ? I used the same exact tpms and procedure.
all I can think if one of the sensors are bunk but if you there's something i can try without having tpms capable scanner im all ears..
could this mini SOMEHOW not use 433mhz and maybe it's 315mhz ????

My guess would be the sensors are either wrong or dead. I've had three different replacement sensors on my old R55 Clubman, and never had to reset or code anything when swapping wheels around. Just mount them up and go.

If you're have a TPMS warning light that is not cleared by the normal TPMS reset procedure, reading live data from the wheel sensors and running the Tire Pressure Encoding Service Function using a scan tool are the next logical steps.

It costs much more money constantly replacing parts that are good than it is to buy a good scan tool.

I had new tires put on anyway with new tpms . This why I'm asking trying to prevent a parts cannon..
I'm going to inspect the wiring now.. something is causing it to not read..
I did check on my scanner atleast and it showed no dsc/abs/steering/tpms errors so idk.. but unfortunately it can't read individual wheels or the sensors them selves.

FIXED !
the 1st 2x tpms modules I got from the salvage yard must have been junk too.. lol and THATS why I took 3x JUST for this very reason..now I know what's the issue on my clubman too ( though idc ,it's the daily runaroundmobile).
but it's atleast fixed , working and NO MORE STUPID yellow tpms error light..
If anyone runs into this and needs to replace the antenna also. My r58 amd turbo r56's the antenna is located ontop of the rear ceashbar behind the bumper , remove the 2x screws and pry the bumper back and you can pop off the antenna and pull it down via the wires into the passenger side wheelwell without removing the tire or jacking it up..it is the Long skinny shaped one pictured.
if you have a justa n/a cooper , I found their modules are located in the passenger wheelwell behind the fender liner next to the gas tank..
Goodluck!
