This a bad axle ??
Video should explain everything. I should have mentioned everything on the other side has also been replaced. And an alignment AND new tires..

If you’re getting a clunk, it is usually related to suspension. Axels will typically start clicking in relation to speed or motion. You need to think it through as you drive the car, and see what vehicle operation reproduces the noise. Does it only happen when turning? Only happen when navigating an uneven hump? Only happen when hitting a pot hole? Etc, etc….

No no clicking around turns BUT even after I replaced everything I feel the steering has a tad bit of wonder. It's hard to explain, almost like I can feel a little play on something and that's the only thing not new ..
I cannot replicate the noise while the car is parked, i can only get it to clunk while driving..
I wanted to refresh the suspension and steering anyway because I wanna put the car on track this summer so I wanted a piece of mind and this clunking noise has always pissed me off , like the car drives amazing still with no slop or pulling in any direction but there's the clunk and how to describe the wondering . Like. It I point my wheel strait , the car will track straight but as it hits bumps sometimes it can cause it to ever so slightly start to drift in one direction or the other instead of returning to the line I set.
I purposely set my alignment too so the car tracks perfectly straight and i know it should ever so slightly drift right when hands are off the wheel BUT thats not how i like my alignment.
I also checked for something hitting like the frame or something but nothing , I even stuffed foam behind the flares to stop them.from ratting over bumps. I checked fenders , hoid , hinges , doors , new engine mounts too lol amd all these parts weren't installed chasing this problem..they mostly all needed replacement anyways and I was hoping along the way soooooooomething would have stopped or even lessened the clunking noise but NOPE.
gggrrrr it's frustrating because the car does feel so good but yet that clunk doesn't instill confidence and I wouldn't put it on a track making this noise and it's constantly on my mind that something is going to give..

I saw a good trick of putting a pipe under your tire and using a breaker bar to rotate it around around amd its good at rocking around the wheel to try and replicate the noises your hearing.
because I kick , shake , jack up and drop ,whack with a mallet and nothing i can do replicates that noise..
I can't imagine the coilover has failed on the side either because the suspension is even hitting bumps and I don't see any leaks or oil or anything from strut.
buuuuuut I do see that the axle boot started slinging grease out so the joint must have moved too much and ripped it ??
I'm gonna attach one of my old phones underneath and see if that's point it out better..

Coil overs can certainly cause some clunk noises, whether blown or not. Sometimes, that's just how they are, especially with all the hard bearing joints...
If the CV boot is ripped or torn, DEFINITELY replace the boot. As soon as the grease goes all out and water gets in there, the bearing joint will be done.

aaaaand you couldn't really hear any clunking from under there , somehow the road noise and wind was enough to drown it out. So the noise is DEFINITELY louder in the cabin than it is outside the car..
I will try the pipe trick today and see if I can try and pinpoint the noise but like you said ,since the boot is torn it needs replacing anyway now. I will just put on an entire new axle because it will eliminate it from the equation. Ille probably replace BOTH axles just because...
