I am having this issue where my mini makes this sound when i start the car cold and almost goes away when warm but not entirely. I have taken the belt off the car and started it for ten seconds and it does not produce the sound so i know the issue is something with the pulleys or the tensioner or supercharger. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I am going to link a video of it making the sound and me zooming in on the tensioner and it seems like it is bouncing so I am wondering if it is the shock on the tensioner and hoperfully not the supercharger.

Maybe unrelated, but i also have a yoyoing accelleration so i also heard that can be the harmonic balancer.
