front end "walk"

Need some help guys!! At a certain point in my gas peddle (Not very far) its as if the front end shifts a little to the right until I let off the gas then back left. It does not continue to pull it shifts slightly and is tight and holds the road there. The steering wheel moves slightly to the left when it shifts right. If I hold it at the point in the throttle where this happens it almost seems like front end is loose and will shift left and right until I apply more throttle. I have replaced the clutch prior to this happening and seems like 2weeks to a month later this started happening. Hopefully a coincidence. since this has happened I have gotten an alignment, replaced inner and outer ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, struts, and control arm bushings. With front end jacked up everything is tight I can not move tires and everything seems stiff underneath. Has any one else had this issue or have a good idea what it could be? I was thinking possibly rack and pinion due to small leak more than likely from stock revivor and hoses of power steering but its not constant and seems to be links with the throttle. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

Someone here recently had an issue with a loose axle causing similar symptoms.
