IHKA not working
IHKA not working
My heating controller (IHKA) stopped working in my Mini Cooper S R52 2008. All fuses are OK, and I can measure 12 volt on pin 3 and 5V on pin 9 on the X610 connector at the back of the controller. When connecting my Creader on the OBD -port, the IHKA module can't be found or controlled. The IHKA controller has already been replaced by another one (second hand) but with the same result. Not sure if this problem started when connecting an iPhone via the AUX port of the standard radio but I removed this wiring to be sure. All other modules on the K-bus are working fine.
All cables towards this module have been checked as well and were all OK. Also the connectors on BC-1 are ok and well connected. On the K-bus I can measure a voltage of 11,6V (side of the IHKA controller)
Any ideas what might be the root cause of this issue? The IHKA module is the latest version without an "OFF" -button so the hidden diagnostic menu is not available. Below you can find the report details of my ODB scan.
