How to Remove Wired Hose Clamp from Air Discharge Pipe

How to Remove Wired Hose Clamp from Air Discharge Pipe
Just removed turbo discharge hose to install the WMW resonator delete pipe. But the hose clamps seems impossible to remove, there is no release mechanism on the clamp. Is there any way to get it off?

Pry apart with a screwdriver that T shape will pop apart, then just use a regular hose clamp to go back together as it will be 100 times easier.

Ended up using a flathead with mallet to hammer in between. Man its a b**tch remove
