I have a 2006 r53 I had an ews error so I had an ews delete done, after I got the ecu back my alternator was seized so I replaced the alternator no longer an issue 300 miles into the first cycle I had an issue that felt like a slipping clutch no dtcs so I ordered a clutch it grabs good and was installed correctly clutch no longer an issue I don’t believe it was the issue to begin with when the car gets warm it’ll start to break up at 4K rpm then 3k rpm down to 2k rpm I’m thinking it may be a clogged cat I can’t read the codes the service engine soon light is on.no communication with ecu the scanner says not equipped I’m unsure if the communication issue is from the ews being unplugged or not. The service engine soon light came on it has a lot of new parts fuel pump, coil pack, spark plugs. All fuel related items is there an internal way of reading the codes through the test menu
