Troubleshooting Radio/Computer

Hi.

Recently my computer/radio in my 2011 Mini cooper coupe stopped working except for the back light. First checked the fuse box but fuse A45 looked good and was making good contact.

Took apart the dash to get to the plugs and everything looked plugged in and connected well. Further troubleshooting I found that there was no power to plugs 13,14,16, putting ground in plug 12. However I saw 14V from plug 15 to 12.

I also check for continuity between the A45 fuse and the plugs and only found continuity, in the hots, between the fuse and plug 15.

I'd love some advice on the next steps I should take towards getting my radio back online. Thanks in advance. Below is the plug diagram we found for troubleshooting.

Did you check 10A fuses F11 and F21 behind the passenger kick panel?

I suspect this is the same issue my wife's R56 had. There is a fuse soldered to the board in the radio that goes out.
