Dash Command OBD II app

Help, please. 2004 Mini Cooper S here. I downloaded the Dash Command app for iPhone thinking I would be able to use the AFR readings but I'm getting an N/A when selecting that gauge. My mods include switching to a tuned facelift MS5150 ECU. Has anyone else run into this problem of not being able to access the AFR feature in Dash Command? Thanks.

I'm using an OBDLINK MX+ bluetooth dongle in combo with Android tablet and their included diagnostic/gauge dashboard, however my understanding is that only PIDs available on 1st gen MINIs can be displayed with AFR not being one of those. For clarification, I can load a "virtual gauge" for AFR but no live data is transmitted or displayed. With the MX+ dongle and my vehicle/VIN entered, available PIDs are shown on a separate screen display to help determine what those virtual gauges will actually functionally display real-time from the ECU. If wrong on this aspect, I'm open for correction.

The stock O2 sensor is a narrowband, so you won’t get AFR data.

After more research, deepgrey above is absolutely correct on the R53. Just so you know, the Dash Command app is pretty cool, nonetheless. Thanks, all.

Agreed on the Dash Command thoughts. I don't normally run it because I have the P3 gauge (and also I'm lazy), but it's pretty good.
