I just removed the axles on my 2009 Clubman S, and on the passenger side a plastic collar came off, which was not present on the driver side (pic). Does this normally come off with the axle, or is this part of an input bushing that has separated?
Along the same lines, should I replace the input seal on the passenger side when reinstalling the axle?
