Need Valve Cover and Oil Pan Bolts Size +New Cam Phasers
Hello, I am somewhat new to Minis and I will be doing a timing chain on my 09 justa but, I would like to do the valve cover bolts and the oil pan bolts along with the timing chain.
I have looked at them and they seem very similar to each other but I have no idea what their thread pattern is like. Just looking for the right parts.
On a side note, should I also do the cam phasers? The cooper has a 154k on it and the timing chain is making a lot of noise. Just curious if it's common to do both at the same time. may also do the intake cam solenoid.

If you’re replacing the timing chain, replacing the VANOS solenoids might not be a bad idea, also.
You can find the part numbers for the cam cover and oil pan bolts on RealOEM.com. Personally, I wouldn’t bother with new bolts.

Hey Nik, Thanks for the info, the reason I ask is I forgot to mention one of the oil pan bolts is broken off and I would like to replace it.
As for the valve cover bolts, I noticed that they were over-torqued and stretched by the previous owner when I did the gasket when I got the car. Oh and I almost forgot would you replace the timing adjustment units as well?
Thanks, 150k
