5E19 error code, only on occasional startup.

So I have had the traction control warning light pop on every now and again, like maybe every 20 or 30 starts. Sometimes I can just shut it off immediately, restart the engine, and the code will clear itself. If I leave the light on and drive the car it drives just fine and I sense no loss of power. I can se and clear the code and it won't happen again for weeks.

I keep seeing people reference the ABS system when this code pops up, so I did at one point remove the connector to the ABS unit, give it a blast of contact cleaner and put on some dielectric grease for good measure. And before I did that everything looked pretty darn clean in there. But I just realized that my intermittent stumbling start issue is often accompanied by this code which can also point to a DME system error. The official line from my scanner is "ABS-DSC: CAN data error from DME/DDE (DSC lamp on as long as error is present)" It only ever lights up on a start and never while I am driving the car.

By stumbling start, I mean it turns over fine, but seems to partially fire until it fully catches and runs fine. This is over the course of maybe 3 or 4 seconds but is distinct from the normal crisp start. This stumbling start can happen hot or cold and is very random.

Another old thread ended up being a TMAP sensor. Is there a set of sensors that could be faulty that are involved in the communication between the engine and the DSC? No other fault codes are being stored that would point to a faulty sensor. Perhaps the wiring or connector at the TMAP is dodgy?

In general I would say good call on the battery load test, but this battery is legitimately only a couple of months old. I mean, it could still possibly be bad from the factory? Maybe I'll drag it up to O'Reilly's and have them check it.

If it was a wheel speed sensor I would think it would be a constant DSC light or perhaps even come on during a drive. It only ever comes on during start up.

I have a foxwell scanner. I do have INPA software and a cable, but only did that for a remote tune and am not super familiar with the software. If you could tell me where to look or point me towards a tutorial that might point me in the right direction I would be appreciative.
