DSC Turns off until Car Restart

So the DSC light will come on and I will not be able to re-engange it after accelerating hard into 4k+ rpms.

As soon as restart the car completely, It will re-engage and work fine.

Possibly a bad wheel sensor? Not sure why it would cause a temporary malfunction of the DSC...What do you guys think?

Hope you'll get other replies

... Cause I don't know. I was going to suggest getting the codes pulled though. Hopefully that would tell something. One thing to be aware of though is that many code readers only pull engine and emissions codes. I think you'll need something that reads ABS faults too at least.

Not many "consumer" readers will get you a error code....
A pro model or a bavauto scanner (something close to that name) for about $300 can pull the info for about 3 vins for the "enthusiast" version....
So might be worth getting the code read by a shop that does BMW/mini work...might be a sensor or something...
