What else to replace while replacing an Alternator?

What else to replace while replacing an Alternator?
Looks like the Alternator / Voltage regulator needs to be replaced.
Other than the serpentine belt and tensioner, what else should I be considering replacing while I have it in front end service mode?
Its a 2010 R57S reading ~180k miles, but its had a replacement engine somewhere along the way before I got it.
