Hello all! I am currently having some issues that I might need some help with.

I am experiencing loss of coolant and oil, to the point where I have to fill them once a week (usually less than 500 miles a week). I am getting VERY SMALL trace amounts of oil in my coolant reservoir, and I have no leaks that I have found. I will smell burning oil after a longer highway trip though. Also I am assuming my engine temperature is up as my average coolant temp when driving used to be a average of 186F and now even when taking it easy it is never below 210F (even when idling in a parking lot)

I do have other codes but they are footwell module codes that deal with lights, and AC codes and stuff that I think is a whole other issue.

As far as running, it depends on the day, idle and warmup are a bit rough, once it warms up idle gets better but not great and a knocking type noise starts. Runs better under load, seems as though it prefers me to drive "spirited" because it usually runs smoother and better than when I just casually drive around town.
