Need a little help with some codes my Mini is throwing.

Hi Everyone, I have a 2013 Mini Cooper S Clubman that's been throwing the following codes the last couple of days and it's driving me nuts. I've definitely noticed my gas mileage deteriorate and it just doesn't seem to have the power it did before. I'm doing an oil change and spark plug change on it this weekend since it's time and hoping that'll help.

I'm wondering since the P0010 code is consistent would that also cause the other problem codes I'm having or is everything a separate issue?

- P0010 which I gather is that VVT solenoid. This one is consistent for coming back
- P0449 Evap Emission control vent valve. Only happened once I think
- P0439 Catalytic converter heater control circuit malfunction. Only one as well
- P043A also happened once. I guess it ties to the one above?
Thanks

Swap the VVT solenoids and see if the code moves with it. if it does, then you have a faulty solenoid. The other codes could be related to the first one. So, get that once checked and do a followup on the other codes.

make sure your oil is replaced at least every 5k or less and never go low on oil. VVT uses oil pressure to adjust the cams.

Ok so just to update I'm still working on this. The front VVT solenoid came off no problem and looks good...Then I moved to the back one and am having a hell of a time getting to it. I see it but there's the air tubing in the way and I cant get it to come off and there's almost no space to work. Ok back to it.
