Soft clutch won't go into gear please help

I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S and I did a clutch replacement on it with a Luke clutch 8000 miles ago. now slowly progressing I cannot shift into gears. it's as if the clutch is not Disengaging all the way. To test it driving down the road I can press on the clutch RPM will go up as if it's not mated all the way so it is working somewhat. But I don't know what the problem is. I've replaced the clutch slave cylinder. dreaded replacing the clutch Master cylinder. I have bled the clutch system with a power bleeder 3 or 4 times and If anything it has gotten worse. when the car is on and I try to put it in gear it rolls when I'm just pushing towards the gear but not in gear and once I get it in Gear it rolls it rolls even with the clutch all the way depressed.

I thought that it might be that I didn't torque the clutch pressure plate bolts enough because I didn't have the torque specs for it. at first I had them too tight when I got the trans Back on I tested it And the pedal went straight to the floor. So I took the trans back off and loosened them A bit And the clutch pedal felt "Normal". But after a while it slowly became harder and harder to put it in any year Now to drive it it is as if I am power shifting or floating Through the gears And the clutch Is is practically not disengaging

If you have any insight it would be appreciated This is my only vehicle and need it to work right ASAP
