hi guys my r53 manual its crank but no start i was riding and it just shut down , after that its shows P1692 but i dont know where to start , when i put the key i hear 3 big ticks noise and then nothing , the engine light and the eml stay on , and the temps goes up to the top and then back to cold . weird things!

 

P1692 - " DME: Electronic throttle monitoring, level 2/3, engine throttle and injection deactivation "A" "
It sounds like the DME is having trouble deciphering the signals coming from the gas pedal and is purposefully preventing the engine from running.
If you have a good scan tool you can "read" the signals from the pedal and see if they change as you depress it.

 

My scan doesn't read it, I just have the innova obd2 and torquepro via BT
Alsa I change it the battery and it's over 14V and the coolant it's on point
