ID Broken Part Near Belt Tensioner

Can someone please help identify where this piece is coming from? While replacing the serpentine belt on a 2010 R56 S, the piece fell off releasing the tensioner with the mini tool from below. I can’t tell where it came from, and how critical this may be? It appears like it broke off a larger assembly. Thanks!

This is the washer that holds the charge pipe screw on the cross metal bracket.

Ah thank-you, I had been trying to figure out for a while how to fasten that charge pipe. I had the screw left over from a previous repair but had no idea about the washer underneath!
