Not starting after clutch change '09 Hardtop JCW

Just finished a clutch/flywheel change on my 2009 Hardtop JCW 157,000 miles. Car went back together really well, clutch feels great, engages well etc.

However car will now not start, turns over but won't run. Has fuel, has spark. Battery is brand new. Also weird, headlights will not work but all other lights do.

Running tests on fuses - engine compartment fuse box, no power to fuses f2-f4 (fuses all look good). Thinking there's a ground I missed somewhere. Does anyone have directions or photos of where the main grounds are located?

Many thanks!

based on the wiring diagram, these fuses are powered by the DME relay. https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/r...ronics/jby7epv
