Putting a JCW Clutch in a...

I know the JCW and 'S' model engines are somewhat different, but I don't know what parts are the same. My clutch is going on my '09 (50k miles
) and I want to upgrade the clutch, but my funds are low and since OS Giken clutches seem to be the only ones people endorse ($1700
), I figure I'll just get a cheaper factory clutch. So, will a JCW clutch fit in a 'S'?
