White smoke after Oil Change

I have at times seen smoke out my exhaust (even when it is 90*F). Just changed my oil, using engine flush (I’ve done that before), and replaced Full synthetic 5w30 oil with Liqui Moly Molygen 5w40 oil and a Motor Oil Saver additive (because of oil consumption).

when I started my car and just drove around the neighborhood, there were plenty of white smoke. but as soon as I got on the highway, it went away.
same thing today (2nd time driving). Smoking when idling but nothing on highway.

i know I’ve had smoke before but not this much as showed up after the oil change.

I know I didn’t overfill the engine, as max capacity is 4.2L and I only poured in about 3.8-9L.

any thoughts?

here is a video of the smoke:
